The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data is the publisher identified above. No data protection officer has been appointed, as this is not mandatory given the nature and volume of processing.

3. Data we process and purposes

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and runs no tracking scripts. The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily, through the contact form or by email.

Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing and is never sold or shared with third parties. We make no automated decisions and carry out no profiling.

4. Retention

Contact request data is kept for the duration of our exchange and for up to 24 months after the last contact if no contract follows. Where a contract follows, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the limitation and accounting periods applicable in Belgium (in principle 7 years for accounting records).

5. Recipients and transfers

Your data is accessible to the publisher's two partners only. It is stored with our email provider, established in the European Union; we make no transfers outside the Union ourselves. The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages); the host's technical logs are subject to its own privacy policy and to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The contact form opens your e-mail client: your request reaches us by e-mail, with no intermediary.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and port your data (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise it, write to contact@umran.be; we reply within one month.

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies or trackers, uses no analytics and runs no tracking scripts. In accordance with Article 129 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications, no consent is required and no banner is shown.

8. Fonts

Typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC (USA) when the page loads. We are moving to self-hosted fonts to remove this transfer.

The contents of this site (texts, structure, graphic elements) are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Information is provided for guidance; prices shown are orders of magnitude and do not constitute a contractual offer.
